Welcome to the most rewarding journey of your life!

I’m here to help you with your unique journey through your BBS hours and professional growth to become a licensed clinician.

My passion is to assist associates through clinical supervision to be learning, growing, discovering, and becoming the best therapist they can be. I’m focused on getting to know your passions, strengths, and visions to lead you through the growth process.  Through our work together focusing on you as a professional and the clients you serve, I wish to help you create balance and success. I've helped many overcome their worries and ever so common "imposter syndrome" to become outstanding therapists.

I have worked in the field of mental health now for 32 years and provided clinical supervision for the past 22 years. My experience includes supervision of clinicians in residential, outpatient, foster care, schools, juvenile justice, and jail settings. I’ve provided clinical supervision focused on reflective practices, competency based, and most importantly trauma informed. I’ve maintained compliance of HIPAA guidelines along with assurance of all legal and ethical standards.

I believe I can help you to provide quality clinical care and support for children, youth, and their families. I believe in a no fail, strength based, inclusive, and resiliency based approach in order to best provide service to those with mental health challenges. By strengthening the child, youth and family system, there’s an opportunity for overall success for the family and community as a whole.

Increasing Resiliency and Balance

Through these past few years of world change, social awareness and complex trauma, I’ve seen our field go through so many changes. The use of telehealth

has risen exponentially which now allows me to expand my clinical supervision to reach those throughout all of California. It has also increased our ability to reach more clients to meet the growing numbers of those in need of mental health services and support. I believe we have to find a work and life balance

to be able to manage all that is pulling us in so many directions. The stress level

has never been higher and I see my associates being impacted in our field by

the raise in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the struggle to cope during

these difficult times.

Together we can find your balance to thrive as a clinician!
